Hacienda Environmental Science Magnet School – Fall 2026

Day/Time: Thursdays from 3:15-4:00 PM. TK/K are picked up by the Bucketeers instructor at 2:00 PM and start class as soon as possible.

Location: Outdoors under the solar panels

Ages: K-5th Grade

Schedule: 9 Classes (9/24-12/10) Sept 24 Oct 8, 15, 22 Nov 5, 12, 19 Dec 3, 10 (Price includes facilities/processing fee of $20.)

No class: Oct 1, Oct 29, Nov 26,

Instructor: Nicholas Pasetta

Performance: Parents are welcome to attend the last class of the session on 12/10. This is an informal presentation, not a full-fledged performance.

In the case of force majeure (such as schools closing/moving to virtual learning because of the pandemic), weekly instruction will be offered in the form of YouTube videos or Zoom classes.

Nicholas Pasetta

Nick Pasetta graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Music Industry Studies. Since then, he has mixed live sound for concerts and corporate events, as well as helping everyone from preschoolers to grandparents achieve their musical goals. He has taught drums, guitar, ukulele, and piano as well as production software from Ableton to Pro Tools. Nick is currently a mixing engineer for local artists, a session musician for live and studio performances, and a host for trivia events. Nick’s friendly & engaging personality and sense of humor make students feel welcome. His deep understanding of audio and songwriting is a treasure trove for young people interested in music.
