Casa di Mir Montessori (1st-6th Grade) – Spring 2025

Day/Time: Thursdays from 3:30 to 4:30 PM. Children who are not picked up by their parents at 4:30 PM will be walked over next door to the Chavez Room (Lower Courtyard) to Extended Care.

Location: Mozart Room (Upper Courtyard)

Ages: 1-6th Grade

Schedule: 15 classes (2/13-6/5) Feb 13, 20, 27 March 6, 13, 20, 27 April 3, 17, 24 May 1, 8, 15, 29, June 5 (Price includes facilities/processing fee of $30.)

NOTE: No class on April 10 and May 22.

Instructor: Mariah Stanelle

Performance: Thursday, June 5 from 3:45 to 4:30 PM in the Mozart Room (Upper Courtyard).

Students are encouraged to wear a Bucketeers tee shirt to each class and these are available on the website for $15. These shirts are optional, not mandatory. If your child already has one from a previous session, it’s not necessary to buy another.

In the case of force majeure (such as schools closing/moving to virtual learning because of the pandemic), weekly instruction will be offered in the form of YouTube videos or Zoom classes.

Mariah Stanelle

Mariah Stanelle has a background in both arts and communication studies that gives her a unique sense of creativity, emotional intelligence, enthusiasm, strong interpersonal skills, and the tools to be adaptable and empathetic in any situation. Her experience as a preschool teacher has strengthened her skills, taught her how to work in a fast-paced environment, and improved her ability to resolve conflicts. Mariah loves to help people and to feel that she’s doing meaningful work. Mariah has worked as a musical director of a theatre program for kids, a music and art teacher for preschool students, and as a professional actor/singer/dancer in several productions.
