NOTE: Now taking Primary children 2.5 years old and up.

Day/Time: Wednesdays at 3:30. A 4:00 class is possible if the 3:30 fills up.
Ages: Primary 2.5 +
Schedule: 18 Classes (1/15–5/28): Jan 15, 22, 29 Feb 5, 12, 19, 26 March 5, 12, 19, 26 April 2, 16, 23, 30 May 7, 21, 28 (Price includes $20 processing fee.)
Performance: 5/28 at 3:30 PM (and possibly 4:00 PM) at Montessori Community.
Students are encouraged to wear Bucketeers tee-shirts to each class and end-of-semester performance. Tee shirts are available here for $15. If your child already has one from a previous session, it’s not necessary to buy another.
Sibling Discount Code: SIB (Good for one session at a time. Does not include siblings from past sessions and this discount is good for one set of siblings.)
Prorated Discount—Apply one of the following codes for planned absences such as vacations. (Unplanned vacations and illness do not apply.)
One missed class = pro1
Two missed classes = pro2

In the case of force majeure (such as schools closing/moving to virtual learning because of the pandemic), weekly instruction will be offered in the form of Zoom classes or YouTube lessons.

Drew Daniels
Drew Daniels is a PhD candidate in Musicology at University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC). Drew grew up taking lessons on piano, drums, and guitar. He received his BA in Media Production from Indiana University, Bloomington (with a Minor in Music) followed by an MFA in Musicology from Brandeis University. As a summer camp counselor at Pine Crest Day Camp in Ft Lauderdale, FL, Drew taught beginner guitar to groups of children. He performed with the Indiana University All-Campus Jazz Ensemble as an undergrad, and as the keyboardist in a rock band in Los Angeles before beginning his graduate studies. As a teaching assistant at UCSC, he works with college students in courses such as Music of the Beatles, Popular Music in the United States, and History of Electronic Music. Drew specializes in popular music from the blues to hip hop.
