Day/Time: Thursdays from 4:00 to 4:45 PM; The first two classes (Sept 11 and 18) are 30 minutes long (4:00 to 4:30 PM) while the remaining nine classes are 45 minutes long (3:55 to 4:40 PM).

Instructor: Wanda Whitehead

Ages: 3 + (PreK and TK)

Schedule: 11 Classes (9/11-12/11): Sept 11, 18, 25 Oct 16, 23, 30 Nov 6, 13, 20 Dec 4, 11 (Price includes a $43 facility fee and a $15 processing fee.) NO CLASS: 10/2, 10/9, and 11/27.

Performance: Dec 11 during class time.

In the case of force majeure (such as schools closing/moving to virtual learning because of the pandemic), weekly instruction will be offered in the form of YouTube videos or Zoom classes.

Wanda Whitehead

Wanda Whitehead is a longtime educator/administrator with a CA Standard K-8 Teaching Credential, as well as a Montessori ELE I-II Teaching Credential (6-12 year olds).  She is ECE Supervisory Qualified (3-6 year olds) and especially enjoys these younger children.  Wanda is also Orff Level 1 certified and has taught the Orff approach for 25 years creating programs and performances in world music and dance for 1st-8th-grade students.  Her passion for working with children plus her love of dance and rhythm inspire students to find their own joy and unique participation in music that lasts a lifetime.
